why does it tell me i watched 72 mins of the movie when i only watch 20 to 30 mins. and then at that i come back in a hour and it does it again and then tells me to fill out another survey. I go though this with all the movies at least three times before one movie is done. it takes 5 hours to watch one movie. Then another survey to watch another movie.
